Founder and President
Erica is a narrative strategist, social impact advisor and creative with over 15 years of experience working to help a diverse, digital native generation answer important questions about “who they are and how they want to live”. The former founder and head of the Creator’s Lab at Snapchat got her start in the social impact sector developing national programs that advance civil and human rights. She also worked as senior editor and creative director for Upworthy.com, then the fastest growing digital media company in U.S history and has been named an Aspen Institute Ideas Festival Fellow and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. The author of You Deserve the Truth, she is expert in all things story, future of work, and as a pastor’s daughter and armchair theologian, religion in a modern world.
